JOB DETAILS
The AM HR process will work in close partnership with the Business, Country HR and TOPS team to ensure efficient execution of programs and processes that are aligned with business priorities. This will include driving strong execution of annual processes(e.g., performance management, merit planning cycle, talent reviews) and support in launching new programs aligned with the in- market business strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for lending HR business partnering support to a section of above market leaders.
Support implementation of global and regional HR systems and processes for the country. These could be in the areas of Talent Review, Performance management, and succession planning.
Support in Building a strong talent succession pipeline by developing and implementing a robust Hi-Potential Management Programme in line with the Global Processes. Help identify opportunities to nurture Hi-Potential talent using developmental opportunities, career planning exercises and periodic reviews
Support identification of training needs across different management levels and help implement programs to bridge competency gaps.
Support the global Pfizer Voice employee engagement survey - roll out, analysis of results & action planning
Supports the annual performance management and compensation processes in alignment with country practices
Oversee the employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit for colleagues with above market reporting
Partner with business as well as with key HR stakeholders such as C&B, Talent Acquisition, Local Ops in driving key initiatives.
Provide managers coaching on HR systems and processes, with an emphasis on making them self-sufficient in utilizing - on-line tools.
