We are hiring Payroll Executive for Andheri.

Designation: Payroll Executive
Job Responsibilities:
• Processes company's payroll every pay period
• Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
• Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
• Receiving approval from upper management for payments when needed
• Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
• Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts
Skills desired:
• Proven experience as payroll specialist payroll manager Knowledge
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
• Excellent Mathematical, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills required
• Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, Superior Computer and Typing Skills, Data Entry
• Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions, Multi-Tasking Abilities, Sound Decision-Making Skills
Note: Prior experience working as a Payroll Executive is must
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduates can apply
Experience: 1-3 years exp in Payroll Role
Gender: Female
Location: Andheri (West) (Near Azad Nagar Metro Station)
Working Hours: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm or 10.00 am to 07.00 pm
