JOB DETAILS              
Knowledge of Payroll Processing ,responsible for collecting attendance from all departments & system & managing accurate payroll input of all on roll & off roll staff/ executives including Apprentice for monthly salary processing including leave management. Handling employee grievance related to salary , F&F , Provident fund , ESIC, Apprentice & resolving their problems immediately. Coordinating with consultant for PF & ESIC,MLWF Challans, ECR Copies etc.. as & when required. MIS updation in terms of employees turnover, attendance, absenteeism, overtime & salary. Knowledge of HR Generalist profile,honest ethical positive and go getter attitude with attentive listener,strong sence of responsibility and accountability and good communication skills will be added advantage. Male candidate with 1 to 4 years of similar experience.
