JOB DETAILS
Will be required to coordinate and manage the in-house payroll process for the Organization & outsourced agencies, on various systems.
Having Hands on Experience in Handling Statutory Compliance like ESIC, PF, Shop Act, etc.
Development and implementation of HR compliance programs, policies, and practices.
Must have extensive exposure to payroll, attendance.
Manage systems and suggests changes/upgrades as and when required.
Will also be required to submit management reports regarding new appointments, terminations, and other relevant matters.
Assisting with the Development of HR Admin.
Will oversee not only the payroll but all the employee expense reimbursements, freelancer payments; outsource employee’s payments with a compliance audit.
Monthly visits to locations across Mumbai for Audit purpose, checking if all compliance registers are updated, assist in training the staff and updating of all compliance registers
Desired Skills:
Should be excellent in MS Office (Excel, V lookup)
Extracting reports from Payroll Systems, analyzing results and reporting on findings.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Patience in dealing with employees on pay related matters.
Comfortable working in a demanding and challenging environment.
Co-ordinating workload to ensure deadlines are met
Should be a multi-tasker.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
