Responsible for roll out of appointment letters/ offer letters/ confirmation process
• Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for record purpose
Maintain an updated employee database and share the same with HO
Leave & attendance, administration work
Ensure error free Payroll details shared within timelines with HO for monthly payroll
Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrolment, withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF , Mediclaim etc. with HO
Handling of Termination Case (Resignation, Acceptance Letter, FnF)
Handle legal cases related to HR
Employee grievance handling
Implementation of Feedback Box
•Maintaining timely MIS and Reports
• Employee engagement activities like birthday celebration, festival celebration, etc.
