To help in handling of the entire Payroll process for the Company. Payroll processing, Employee Data Management. Under supervision, processes functions relating to payroll to include payroll processing, Payroll Management Systems and Statutory reporting in an accurate and timely manner. Trains employees and managers in the use of Payroll Management Systems.
> JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs all phases of the payroll processing cycle to include tax deposits, quarterly tax returns, and master payroll balancing and required Statutory reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Implements forms and processes to streamline payroll function.
Processing Monthly Salary, New Joinees details, Payroll related reimbursements etc.
Compilation, checking and reconciliation of Payroll inputs & outputs and related accounts.
Handling Full & Final Settlement of the employees.Preparation PF advice, TDS Advice, ESI Advice, SAF advice, LWF advice, PTAX advice & so on.
Handling Payroll queries of employees and helping them plan for their tax saving and investments, assisting in PF Transfer and Withdrawals.
Preparing Monthly Reports pertaining to Payroll:
Reporting of Head count & Pay cost for executive & Above
Monthly flash report
Monthly MIS report
Sales HR Report
Board Pack Report
SA quarterly report
Unit HR reports
Preparing Salary Fitments for Hub hires.
Managing TPA (for permanent employees Residential Purpose)
Ensuring Group Mediclaim Insurance (Coverage, issue of Health cards and claims settlement) as per policy
Ensuring Group Term Life Insurance (Coverage and Nomination) as per policy.
Ensuring Group Personal Accident Insurance (Coverage and Nomination)
Ensuring Parental Mediclaim Insurance Policy as per requirement of employees.
