HR Business Partner role:
Drive employee engagement initiatives for improving employee connect, engagement and communication.
Devise and implement initiatives for employee retention with special focus on critical resources and HI performers.
Drive goal setting, midyear and annual review activities as per schedule.
Handling end to end Annual rating calibration discussion with service line lead.
Handle Anniversary Appraisal process
Assist in driving salary revision exercise and variable payout process
Conducting HR connect sessions for employees as a part of Employee Engagement initiative.
Grievance management and resolving HR queries.
Onsite employee salary processing and query resolution.
