Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with global HR Leaders and Business leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits.
Manage Payroll for all employees across India and other onsite regions
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
Provide education and counsel to HR Managers, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions and transfers
Manage HR operations team including not limited to all employee database, background verification, attendance and leave management
Assist in the administration of merit increase, incentive payouts
Participate in external compensation and benefit surveys, provides detailed market analysis on positions
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs across geographies
Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
Design, Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Participate in the annual renewal of benefit policies and design and full responsibility for the procurement all value-added services for insurance policies
Responsible for the administration of all benefit programs -Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, including overseeing onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
Competencies:
Graduate or post graduate (any discipline) / in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant field
Excellent Excel skills - must have
Proven ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure
Self-starter
A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Good analytical skills
