Job Location - Airoli (Hybrid) Payroll - Ongoing third party payroll MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to work in a collaborative manner, exhibits a high level of accountability and projects eagerness to work and close the matters on a priority basis 1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience 2. Analysis & MIS Headcount Analysis Attrition Analysis- Identify anomalies, exit interviews ensure all the formalities are completed 3. Audits - Statutory and Compliance Act as the primary HR point of contact for all security audits and work with internal teams and manage HR compliance documentation, process and audits Ensure HR audit and control processes and controls are developed and followed in compliance with Federal and California state laws and internal policies and procedures 4. HR Operations Background Verification - Contribute in the hiring process Vendor Management and Payments Executive Health Check up Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws etc Continually identifies opportunities for enhancing the customer experience by effectively resolve employee and manager HR related services
