JOB DETAILS
Ensure documentation of all HR & Statutory (ESIC, LWF, PT & PF) Compliance activities and necessary forms, reports, etc. are filed in an organized and timely manner with the Compliance Partner
Providing monthly payroll inputs to the Payroll Vendor
Preparing Letters (Appointment, Offer, Exit, Promotion, Transfer)
Manage the Leave and Attendance Management system and employee queries pertaining to the system
Send New joiner emails & Data collation/onboarding formalities- like insurance enrolment, PF account opening details etc.
Employee record keeping/ Personnel files
Full & Final settlement Processing and Exit Management (exit forms, ensuring exit e-form has been raised and actioned)
MIS (Reports)- Quarterly leave reports, Active employees report, Monthly leave balance reports, Monthly Accrual report
Processing invoices
Insurance-Sharing monthly addition deletion report, running surveys if there is a change in policy or new introduction in policy
Obtaining approval and processing requests for wedding gifts
We are looking for
A passionate and communicatively strong HR professional with a structured approach and customer centric mindset.
5-7 years of experience in handling HR operations and service delivery
Should have thorough knowledge about PF/Gratuity/Investment/Tax benefits related matters
Should be a strong communicator and ability to influence stakeholders
Should have a working knowledge of excel
Needs to have a good eye for detail
