About JSW GBS: JSW Global Business Solutions is Shared Services arm of JSW Group, JSW GBS is Situated in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai with 400 plus employee. Recently awarded as Indias Best Shared services JSW GBS is Comprised of F&A, HRO, Commercial and other verticals.
About Department : HRO Department of JSW GBS with 30 plus Headcount team for 400 plus SSC head count.

Fundamental inputs:
Qualification: Graduation with MBA Preferred
Experience: 8 Year to 15 Years Only
Location: CBD Belapur - Navi Mumbai
Overview:
Identify and drive improvements projects in HR, F&A and commercial areas which impacts overall service delivery of a defined group of processes. Help in streamlining and/or automate to bring cycle improvement and to achieve goals and targets for ease of doing business for processes in scope for JSW GBS. This position will support HR, F&A, Commercial on
need basis on process improvements, RPA and transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Planning & Overall service delivery in terms of Analytics, improvements & transformation
2 Monitoring process performance to achieve team goals/targets
3 Support role to Process Heads
4 Analytics & Reporting
5 Quality and Process Improvements
A. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
B. System Automation on Implemented Technology (SAP, SuccessFactor, DMS, etc.)
6 Special Assignments
Educational Background and Work Experience:
1 BE/ B.Tech/ Bcom/ Mcom/ CA/ ICWA/ MBA/ PGDM
2 8-12 years of experience in Digitization of HR/F&A/Commercial Processes & Process Transitions
3 Must have mapped "As Is" processes and design "To Be" process designs for effective transitions
4 Should have hands on experience in transitioning the processes.
