Designation - Human Resource officer.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Post hiring - On boarding role, Employee Code Generation, Documentation, Bank Account, Employee database updating, BGV Verification, Vendor Management, SOC Audit Coordination
Qualification - Graduation
Preferred - MBA (HR) / MHRM / DIHR or Equivalent Masters degree.
Should have worked for minimum 1- 2 years into HR Generalist functions.
Should have basic knowledge in Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee database Management, HRIS , Internal HR Audits, Vendor Management, Employee verifications, interact with internal HR Stakeholders, etc
