Job description
1Be responsible for local HR Operation of India. Cooperate with other supporting functions to provide total HR solutions to business departments, including on-boarding, transferring, leaving, file management, legal compliance audit, new employee orientation, etc.
2Be responsible for local HR process design and implementation.
3Be responsible for local benefit implementation and management.
4Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience.
5Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues.
6Conduct industry research to develop the best oversea HR practice.
7Cooperate with other local HR operation and global HR operation colleagues to take initiatives on cross-county projects.

Job requirement
115 years of HR related work experience.
2Fluent reading, writing and oral English.
3Goodcommunication skill. Problem analyzing ability with a logical mind.
4Responsible and positive work attitude with good ability to deal with challenging task.
5Quick learning ability.
