JOB DETAILS
You will be responsible for leading day-to-day HR Operations and owning their outcomes from start to finish
Handling complete employee life cycle i.e. From On-boarding to Exit, Payroll execution, Handling induction sessions; Attendance management & Background verification cases.
Initiate escalation and handle as appropriate client specific issues.
Maintain a clear line of communication with Team Lead and Senior Client Services management as needed to insure successful service delivery.
Establish priorities, meet timelines/deadlines, and display good organizational, professional, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Facilitate issue resolution within client contacts to achieve an outcome that is in Orginations best interest
Has to co-ordinate all HR Operation related Issues with Employees and Managers.
Communicating via Phone and mails for all HR Operation related quarries.
Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Payroll, Documentation, background verification.
Managing HR operations, MIS & Reporting like start date and end date report, audit report, compliance report, contact report, extension report, background check report.
Also Provide strategic analysis of reports
