Chief Manager/AVP - HR Operations & Compliance - Shared Services - BFSI .
We have been retained by one of the BFSI organisation to identity Lead for their HR Operations (HR Shared Service)

Band - Chief Manager / AVP
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose
- To manage end to end HR Shared services profile, including, payroll and benefits management, Recruitment Operations, Retrial management, HR System management and Exit Management.
- To Lead Automation in HR
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring employee life cycle from is managed as per SOP & TAT for about 5000 employees, across India,
- Lead a team of HR Specialists to manage the entire HR Shared Service Operations ensuring operational efficiencies & timely service delivery for all employee spread across India.
- Create and drive frameworks (RAG, FMEA, Swimlane diagram etc) to measure and improve critical HR performance parameters
Scope of services includes :
- On boarding
- HR Administration
- Employee Helpdesk/ Ask HR
- Payroll
- Exit Management
- Leave Administration
- HR Data & Reporting
- Vendor management, communications and employee experience
- Manage and communicate employee benefit programs including flexi benefits to enhance Employee Experience and improve usage of them,
- Leading the HR Systems & People Analytics Strategy and Execution.
- Responsible for HR Systems & Transformation, through,
- HRMS enhancements and introduction of reporting tools
- Continuous process improvements within HR Operations/Shared Services
- IT enabled Transformation initiatives,
- Simplify, Standardize, Re-engineer and Automate processes across all HR processes,
- Enable self-service culture and improve employee experience,
- Launch various systems like Employee Interaction Centre (EIC), Online Personal Data Change forms, Mobile Apps etc. to create a digital experience for employees
- Track monthly expense against budgets and highlight variance to ensure adherence and automate the process.
- Follow service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational cost savings.
- Manage delivery of HR metrics and analytics to track progress against HR priorities.
- Co-Convener of Governance Council. Leads the effort to map and mitigates the Risk in HR and acts as a body which evaluates all proposal before the sign off by CHRO and KOM.
- Manage internal & statutory audit and ensure compliance
- Ensuring Payroll is run on time each month and all governance mechanisms are adhered too.
- Lead the HR Process Re-engineering initiative aimed at optimization of HR resources & adherence to HR compliance framework.
Preference would be given to those who have
- Managed implementation of a new HRMS system.
- Has planned and developed Manpower Budgets
- Has understand Risk and create structures to mitigate them
- Has managed multiple cycles of PMS in an Organization.
