Candidate will be handling overall employee life cycle of the employees.
Onboarding process
Prepare Induction plans
Drafting offer letters, appointment letter, increment letters, relieving letter, transfer letters etc
Maintain the employee databases and update it in real time
Should able to make different reports in excel like joining reports, attractions reports, confirmation status, retirement etc
Handling the exit formalities of the employee
Handling the payroll - Attendance and leaves management
Taking care of recovering in FNF
Handling the transfer cases
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent in communication skills
Able to work on excel
Willingness to learn
