Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process HR transactions as per guidelines or Standard Operating Principles
- Maintain process specific data and reports on system
- Adapt to new systems, business process changes, and technologies
- Administer related statutory compliance requirements
- Resolve and close tasks received by tickets or emails from employees & HR community
Other Information:
- Candidate must be open to working in rotational shifts
- Candidate must be flexible regarding rotational week-offs (Sunday is a mandatory week-off); second week-off may or may not be on a Saturday.
- Candidates must be open to working on a few festivals (region specific).
