Prepare training modules & sub-modules for training Customer Care Trainees
on several topics like Communication Skills, Customer Service & selling Skills,
Personal grooming & self presentation, Behavioral Skills & Retail Management
etc.
To prepare training calendar & impart training to Customer Care Trainees
every month.
Manpower Planning & recruitment for all required positions at HO, Outlet &
Assembly & Warehouse.
Handling & monitoring Recruitment requirements ranging from mid-
management, senior management and Management positions.
Designing the selection matrix from amongst a mix of sources like Naukri,
Campus, Walk-In Drives & through references as per the requirement
specifications.
Conducting interviews of applicants for positions & short -listing for further
functional rounds.
Extensive coordination with multiple stake holders- internal & external to
ensure timely closure of multiple vacancy within the stipulated/preferred time
allocated.
