JOB DETAILS
To study the salary files sent by MIBS (Internal Company) vis--vis SAP entries
Maintaining personnel data of employees in SAP (new joinees, resignation, transfer etc)
Sending of statutory files to accounts department and other related reports such as balance flexi and cost center wise manpower report.
Complete Statutory Compliance processes inclusive of Bonus, LWF, Employment Exchange etc under guidance of Head HR Operations.
Ensure for additions, deletions of employees related to mediclaim and group personal accident insurance policy with Mahindra Insurance.
Preparation of monthly HR MIS data.
Accountable for completion medicals and reference check for new joinees
Ensure completion of new joinee personal file
Processing all HR payments in a timely manner
Co-ordination of confirmation form and seeking evaluation of trainees on completion of one year
To ensure that information in database and hard copies are kept confidential and are kept secure and not be made accessible to others.
Participate in internal audits and building the Quality Management Systems
