JOB DETAILS
Employment will be with us on the Payroll of HGS Limited deployed at client location.
Candidate must have the following expertise:-
Handling medical and LTA for the employees.
Managing the leaves helpdesk for all entities.
Preparing daily reports.
Tracking attendance and leave of employees.
Preparing monthly Loss of Pay reports.
Calculating leaves for FNF purpose.
Suggesting measures to enhance the leaves software.
Co - ordinating with employees as well as their HR business partners on a daily basis.
Handling grievances of the employees.
