You will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle processes in a Centralized model. You will play a key role in supporting the operational activities in the region. Furhermore You will
Prepare Employee Data on a monthly/weekly basis for submission for internal usage as applicable.
Preparing ECAs and submitting the same to HRIS for notifying authorized change.
Handle general employee grievances and resolving general employee queries.
Issuing indemnity and invitation letters, bonafide letters, etc as per requirement.
Providing Payroll inputs and checking monthly payroll reports generated from HRIS.
Process vendor invoices
Support in managing the PO process
Assist in special projects and assignments in the HR arena.
