Position Overview:
As the group is rapidly expanding and ushering in a phase of accelerated growth, we are inviting applications from women candidates for the position of Assistant Manager HR Operations in Mumbai.
The job primarily involves managing the entire gamut of HR Operations and liasing with vendors for key deliverables.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 4 years experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
The ideal candidate would be process oriented and a keen learner who takes initiative and goes the extra mile to ensure that the EVP is maintained
Major accountabilities of the position:
1) Recruitment: Manage the Employee Referral Program to support the recruitment team
2) HR Operations:
a) Accountable for end-to-end completion of HR Operations Issuing the offer, appointment letter, submission of inputs to vendors, managing exit formalities, implement HR policies etc.
b) Coordinate with vendors and ensure successful completion of monthly payroll processing and leave management, statutory compliance and background verification.
3) Undertake and complete additional responsibilities assigned from time to time
Work Relations:
1) This position would report to the Head HR
2) Works closely with school staff across the country and vendors managing payroll, leave, statutory compliance and background verification.

1) Ability to multitask and manage a range of responsibilities with accuracy & patience.
2) Ability to meet deadlines for all processes
Skills:
Technical Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 4 years experience as an HR Generalist
