JOB DETAILS
Responsible for complete Joining formalities and Induction.
Responsible for employee confirmation process.
Maintaining & update all employees data on daily basis also update other modules on time to time.
Ensuring all attendance related data of the employees are updated on time.
Payroll processing on monthly basis.
Maintaining MIS Report keeping track of all departmental MIS Report.
Preparing Analysis report from all MIS report.
Identify the need of training and accordingly arrange the same in time.
Responsible for executing the full and final settlement process of resigned employees.
Organize various employee engagement and fun activities.
Should have been involved in annual Appraisal process.
Good understanding about statutory compliances i.e. ESIC,PF, Gratuity etc

Required Candidate profile
Desired Candidate -
Knowledge of advance excel and other MS Office tools is mandatory.
Must be very good in English written and verbal communication.
Should be able to work under pressure.
