JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive and maintain the employee life-cycle processes on HRMS especially pertaining to Resignation, Exit/Separation workflows
2. Maintain 100% updated employee records & data accuracy with timely communication with Payroll team
3. Close all Manager communication & status updates within SLA to enable F & F clearances complete in all segments
4. Maintain updated records of F & F queries, payables & dues & action necessary steps to closure
5. Maintain Employee Satisfaction for exiting & exited employees on user experience, guidance on steps on HRMS & query resolution
6. Adhere to all Service Centre performance criteria maintaining CSAT scores
7. Facilitate change adoption in transitioning from offline to HRMS ( SF) transactions including conducting refresher changes on HRMS, HR Policies
Skills & Experience
* Graduate with minimum of 2 years work experience in HR Operations
* Good oral & written communication skills
* High level of proficiency in MS Excel
* Ability to work within tight deadlines and multi-tasking is a must
* Should have a good attitude towards work and must be willing to stretch if required
