Job Description: -
1. Conversant in talent acquisition with proficiencies in handling Job portals, social media, LinkedIn and others.
2. The candidate should have handled statutory compliance, non-conventional recruitment modes, labor enforcement agencies coordinating with advocates on HR legal matters.
3. Candidate should also be familiar with Performance management (Appraisals), training needs identification. Converting the appraisals recommendations into increments.
4. Exposure in Benefits administrations, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, payment of bonus, accident Mediclaim insurance etc. is must.
5. Exposure to employee onboarding and payroll along with Full & Final Settlement transfers etc.
