Roles and responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare timely & accurate monthly payroll data for the company, Liaise with Accounts & Finance team for the salary disbursements.
Process all special payments such as bonuses, Incentives and overtime, as scheduled.
Address & resolve grievances as & when they come in, within swift timelines and respond professionally & accurately to inquiries related to payroll earnings, deductions, taxes, etc..
Obtain complete working knowledge of the leave management system, allowance systems and any other internal processes / platforms being used.
Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.
Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to.
Support all audits on payroll related matters.
Prepare detailed & accurate reports for management as requested Head Count, New Hire Budget / Cost sheet - Analysis, Terminations, Leave Administration, Salary analysis ..etc..
Partner with the Head - HR on all project management initiatives as well as to deliver towards any data requests.
Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices in Performance & payroll management.
Document all processes stringently & deliberately, setting a high bar for Performance & payroll management.
Required Candidate profile
Requirements :
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong on data & analytics with comfort around Quantitative analysis
Ability to multi-task proficiently
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive personnel salary data
World class internal/external customer service skills.
