Responsible for Talent acquisition, Talent Engagement, Learning and Development, Performance Mgt systems, Strategic Planning, C & B, IR and Statutory Compliance.
Responsible to drive HR intervention to minimize employee attrition and maintain high level employee satisfaction.
Support culture building initiatives.
Govern & Facilitate various HR practices of routine employment life cycle. Handling the disciplinary cases ,- Unauthorized absenteeism ,- Adhering to labour regulations/ principles of natural justice/ SOP while dealing with issues. - Handing the cases of sexual harassment ,- Drafting of disciplinary letters, viz., show cause, warning, suspension, termination, etc.
- Preparing and maintaining the MIS disciplinary cases.Strong background and work experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics / MIS would be added skill set.Employee Engagement , Performance Management , Compensation Benefits , Employee Relations / Welfare , Liaison with Govt Authorities , MIS Reports , Legal Statutory Compliance , MNC Experience experience with MNC culture.
