JOB DETAILS
HR Operations Manager, will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like Company Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Welfare, organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Payroll:
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
HR Policies:
Responds to and administers general inquiries and prepares replies to complex inquires requiring explanations of the procedural approaches to employee benefits, the intent of relevant laws, and/or the interpretation of employee benefit contracts
Prepares and recommends program policies, procedures, regulations, reports, draft legislation for implementation involving issues and subjects related to Benefits Management
Performance Management:
HR Ops manager has to assist the organization with the total performance management process, from the development of the evaluation form(s) to be used in the organization’s performance management process, the design and implementation of a performance management policy, training supervisors and managers on the development of performance standards and measurements
Objective:
To provide focus and alignment between the organization’s goals and the employee’s job.
To provide performance and work habits feedback to the employee.
Employee Welfare:
Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of labour law
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• MSc in HR is a plus
BMS/MBA in Human Resources Management
