Roles and Responsibilities
HR functions and procedure
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Access training needs and coordinates learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Taking exit interviews and distributing employment certificate Payroll procedures.
Partner with Accounts team
Ensure monthly legal compliance
Run reconciliation of (bank/ vendor/ customer) accounts
Liaison with team to ensure all receipts/ payments are accounted timely
Periodical reporting, working with banks, etc
Lead office operations and administration
Procurement of office equipment and consumables
Maintain office equipment listing
Liaise with vendors (including housekeepers, catering, etc)
Adhoc tasks like visiting banks, planning an off-site, conferences and celebrations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree is essential
Fluency in English. Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with computer (Email, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of accounting software (Eg. Tally, Quickbooks) is a plus
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
