AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Managing employee lifecycle
Oversee the maintenance of all employee records for the entire employee lifecycle
Review the statutory compliance requirements for the organization and draft action plan/ coordinate with legal team to ensure that all norms are being met
Review employee data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to the HR team to enhance the effectiveness of the HR function
Supervise the payroll operations, identify scope of improvements and take corrective actions in case of any issues
Drive the performance management system of the organization and ensure compliance and complete participation in the PMS policy by effective liaising with HR business partners
Provide employee related data to Sr. Management depending on requirement
Oversee query resolution conducted by team and ensure adherence to quality of response and timelines
HR process improvements & automation
Review the HR digital infrastructure and identify scope for improvement to enhance employee experience
Liaise with the IT team and work towards establishing best-in-class HR IT system in the organization
Proactively identify employee needs and make suitable changes in processes to ensure highest level of employee satisfaction
Review policies and procedures
Keep track of HR trends and best practices in the market
Evaluate the existing HR policies, identify gaps, benchmark with best market practices and suggest appropriate changes to enhance the employee satisfaction while meeting business objectives
Review SPNI and SPND policies, analyze differences and draft a standard policy to cultivate unified employee experience across the organization
Coordinate with all audit teams, provide required data and ensure that all norms meet audit specifications
Create a plan / process change in case of severe deviation
Managing team performance
Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans
Manage effective resource allocation across different teams, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions
