Job Responsibilities
Act as the first level support for HR operations
Create and keep the employee records/files updated in hard copy and electronic version
Issue various documentation (employee certificates, offer letters, addendums to contracts of employment, etc.)
Run employment reports, prepare analysis and stats for internal use and as a request by local authorities
Prepare and organize the HR Induction sessions for new hires
Handle all HR transactions in time for payroll
Work closely with the Country HR to ensure the integrity of the data
Enforce HR processes and provides end user support
Adapts, modifies and updates administrative methodologies, practices and procedures
Communication to and education of employees regarding global HR policies, processes, and systems
Supports HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR admin activities
Participating to weekly/monthly conferences with the client;
Complex activities – reporting, analyzing duplicates
Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the development/improvement of the operating procedures, escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the team leader;
Performing controls according to the HR process based on the internal control policy;
Knowledge transfer to new employees;
Attending feedback sessions with the entire team;
Updating activity trackers;
Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting as well as ad hoc reporting;
Basic country-specific knowledge of legislation
Ad-hoc reporting, based on manager’s request
Other Responsibilities
Responsible for successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
Responsible for turning over responsibilities of other assigned persons when needed and asked for from the manager
Responsible in signalizing any uncertainties which may appear and make improvement for the standard working procedures
Responsible for knowing and respecting the standard working procedures
COMPANY DETAILS
We train candidates for a period ranging from 15 days to six months and gets them placed a job with its clients. We work with the candidates for the next three years and upskill them for promotions and provide them job support for 3 year period.
