Managing new employee onboarding and conducting employee orientation session
Taking care of exit interviews and formalities
Conducting background checks of the new employees
Coordinating with the IT team for the system arrangements Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Responsible for Handling Employee Queries
Should be able to give inputs for payroll
Will be taking care of employees benefits like Insurance, reimbursements
