With us you will be responsible for
Responsible for handling Pre Onboarding & Post Onboarding formalities
Responsible for engaging with different stakeholders & solving queries
Responsible for engaging with new joiners for onboarding formalities
Consistent follow ups with stakeholders for closure within specific TAT
Preparing & Maintaining MIS related to new joiners & payroll
TAT maintenance & Grievance handling of employees
Responsible for delinquency management
Process compliance

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in HR domain
2. Good Communication skills
3. Good Excel knowledge
4. Problem Solving skills
5. Market intelligence
6. Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills
