Full job description
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
- To carry out separation process/exit interview/ attrition report
2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
3. HRIS Administration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with IT to implement system updates and improvements.
4. Benefits Administration:
- Assist in benefits enrolment and provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
5. Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
6. Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are in compliance.
- Support audits and assessments related to HR processes.
- Maintaining audit reports and attend audit
7. Employee Relations:
- Handle basic employee relations issues and escalate as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Every month engagement activity
- Employee Connect/Interaction to know the pulse in the organisation
- Conducting meeting for women's or other committee
8. Reporting:
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
