Job Title: HR Operations
Work Location : Chembur (Mumbai)
*Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team. You will play
a critical role in handling end-to-end employee lifecycle (right from entry to exit of the
employee.
*Responsibilities:
• Preparing and Issuing offer letters with the selected candidate on email
• Preparing all kinds of letters (Appointment, Increment, Transfer, Confirmation, Warning,
Proposed letters) and issuing hardcopies to the respective branches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect signed copies of letters and ensure proper
documentation in the HR records.
• Ensuring the onboarding experience of new joiners is good and training is conducted in all
branches as per the shared schedule.
• Generating emp code of new joiners and feeding their data in the employee master.
• Strong hold in preparing and updating the employee master on timely basis.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating various employee activities in all the branches, fostering a
positive work environment.
• Address employee grievances promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and
professionalism at all times.
• Assist the HR Head in preparing various employee reports for analysis and decision-making
purposes.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and insights, whereas
share exit interview feedback report with the HR Head for analysis.
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
*Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Hands-on experience in operating SPINE HRMS software would be
highly preferable)
• Excellent letter and mail drafting skills.
Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
