Key responsibilities include end to end process management on MIS and HR operations, ensuring all relevant databases and employee records are updated and other operational activities are done within specified timelines.
Responsibilities and Duties
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1)
Employee Onboarding and Documentation:
a) Facilitating & streamlining the joining formalities including the onboarding documentation
b) Handling Induction and Orientation for each new employee for smooth on-boarding
c) Resolving queries and guiding associates with respect to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Medical claim etc.
d) Point of Contact for employee relations, all queries and grievances.
2)
Management of Employee Life Cycle
a) Counseling the employees both professionally and personally as and when required.
b) Responsible for HR operations, Issuance of various letters and instructions.
c) Annually and half yearly performance review of the employees.
d) Drafting of new policies, amendment in existing policies as and when required
3)
Expense and Payroll Processing
a) Collate monthly reimbursements – soft and hard copies from field associates and HO associates
b) Process reimbursements as per policies and send across to managers for approvals in case of deviations
c) Coordinate with stakeholders from finance, treasury and ensure payments are credited to vendor within specified timelines
d) Collate attendance and leave details from all associates and create master pay sheet for processing
e) Coordinate with stakeholders from HR, Finance, Treasury to ensure all relevant approvals are taken and processing is done within timelines
4)
Management of Contingent Workforce Portal
a) Creating UPI for 3P employee on Fieldglass
b) Initiating request on EIDM portal for email id creation of HO 3P associates
c) Monitoring 3P Deactivation on Fieldglass and WD for On Time Deactivation.
5)
End to End process on Full & Final Settlement of associates
a) Coordinate with managers and other stakeholders to process F&F documents within timelines
b) Maintain relevant trackers to ensure documentation & TAT of process flow is monitored
6)
Database, dashboard and MIS reports
a) Monitor and Manage 3P employee Database accuracy
b) Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS & Data analysis reports within specified timelines
