Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role: Contractual for 1 Year
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Job Location: Koramangala Bangalore
Immediate Joiners or who can join within a month
Maintaining employee records on HRIS and keeping it up to date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits, transfers)
Managing leave & attendance records on system
Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis
Providing accurate payroll inputs to central payroll team on monthly basis
Handling payroll, HR, statutory audits
Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.)
Managing statutory compliance for Bangalore location as per labor laws
Managing entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters, managing background verification checks by following set processes
Extensive coordination between - employees, managers, corporate teams, vendors
Required Candidate profile
Meticulous, must be able to work on tight timelines under pressure, multi-tasker
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Good at MS Excel, PPT, Word
Should have worked for at least 250 employees or more (managing data & resolving queries while working on other tasks becomes challenging otherwise)
We are not looking for Recruiters only those who have relevant experience into HR Operations role will be considered.

Very Good communication skills
Experience from onboarding till Full and Final Settlement of employees
Should be fine with Koramangala Location
Only those who are fine for Contractual role should apply
Have experience of managing an employee span of 250+ employees
Experience of Leave and Attendance, Payroll management.
