Take onboarding sessions of new joiners
Responsible for form filling of all the new joiners during first day
Ensuring all documents of new joiners are in place.
Initiate Background checks for the new joiners
Liaise with the back ground check vendors for completion of all the reports
Part of the HRSC team, need to communicate with Eclerx employees over phone/emails to resolve their HR queries
Act as HR PoC for all exit formalities
Ensure completion of all activities related to Absconding process
Ensure all activities related to sign off and exits are completed for all resigned employees
Generate reports related to Exit and share with the stakeholders
