You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. Responsibilities:- Background Verification Documentation and onboarding new employees. Performance management Training and organization Employee data management Eligibility Criteria- Qualification- BA,BCOM,BMS,BBA,MBA(HR) Freshers(2018/2019) and people having experience in HR operations of 6 months to 8 months. Must have good/excellent communication skills.
