Desired Candidate Profile
Training, experience, skills required for the position:
1. Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations
2. 4-6 years of work experience in the field of HR Administration, labour laws & industrial relations.
3. Effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
4. Good knowledge of behavioral sciences
5. Interpersonal relationship management, and effective listening skills.

1. Audit Firms / Agencies hired by the Company
2. Government authorities (PF/IT/Labour etc)

Main Duties:
Global Employee Administration:
Facilitate Brand HR Business Partners for Global Employee Administration
Coordinate with E&Y for Global Employee Compensation Management and Income Tax filling.
Management of Club Membership of Global Employees
Responsible for Visa/ RRO registration/ PAN Card/ Bank Account of all Global Employees
Maintenance of Home Leave Budget and Monitoring file.
Local Employee Administration:
Creating and maintaining employee records and HR database.
Maintaining Employee Leave records and Attendance Management in ESS system.
Responsible for Employee On-boarding and Separation process.
Responsible for new joiners induction and introduction of robust HR Systems & processes.
Custodian of Annual HR provisions/ Budget/ Headcount.
Responsible for releasing confirmation mails and letters to employees serving probation period.
Statutory Compliance Management:
To ensure 100% statutory compliance under all applicable labour laws (PF/P/IT).
Income Tax Management of local & Global Employees
Handling of HR Audits from Internal/ External Agencies.
Liaison with Govt. authorities on various issues related to employee and labour laws.
Managing Gratuity Trust of the company
Insurance Management:
1. Responsible for Employee Group Mediclaim/ Group Personal Accident/ Group Term Life Policies
2. Floating tender, negotiations with various insurance companies for cost effective quotes
3. Periodic utilization review and monitoring of performance of the policies with insurance companies.
4. Arrangement of health awareness camps for employees
4. Employee query management
Payroll:
1. Creating payroll input
2. Coordinating with payroll service provider for payroll drafts and other reports
3. Checking the payroll reports generated by Hewitt
4. Payout/ DB Upload
5. Employee query management
6. Coordinating with Randstad for managing outsourced employees payroll.
HR System Administration:
Responsible for maintaining and updating database in following HR systems:
1. Management of SAP-PA
2. KUBI/VCD
3. ZEUS
4. Time & Attendance
5. ESS/MSS.
HR Reporting:
Preparing MIS and other reports and sharing across to end users like Accounts/Finance/MD/HR.
