Data Maintenance of onboarding of new recruits
Maintain employee records in the shared folder
Post recruitment operation for the new selects: Induction; Joining Formalities, on-boarding and back ground verification.
Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and issuing the timely assistance
Support HR Teams with onboarding/offboarding process
Back ground verification process
Liaise with other departments or functions (Payroll, Talent Engagement and Talent Acquisition)
Adherence to compliance, critical metrics and SLAs
