JOB DETAILS
• Policy – Study existing business policies and act as the spoc for the business HR teams & provide clarification and resolution of queries arising during day to day working
• Compensation review -
• a. Provide support to the Business Centre of Excellence team in executing the Annual & Mid Year compensation review.
• b. Manage pre Annual Compensation Review data clean up activity by carrying out audits of employee job data & coordination with respective vertical spocs
• Data Analytics & MIS –
• a.Support the Business Centre of Excellence team in preparing monthly MIS, through data collation & support in analysis.
• b.Support on executing compensation Benchmarking projects taken up from time to time.
• Support the Business Centre of Excellence Talent Staffing team by providing compensation offers for external & internal hires
• Benefits Administration – Track & Coordinate with HR teams to ensure timely enrolments & renewals in Benefit Programs provided by the organisation
• Compliance & Audits – Regular tracking of regulatory & legal compliance updates related to employee compensation & benefits and support the Business Centre of Excellence team in ensuring adherence in a timely manner.
