Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for employee incentive calculation
2.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
3.Processing employee full and final at the time of employee exit
4.Good communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employee queries on calls and emails
5.Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
6.Handle all HR Operations related work portfolio as an when required
Candidate Skills & Eligibility:
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resource Management is required
2.3-6 years experience in HR Operations required
3.Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
4.Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
5.Excellent communication both verbal and written
6.Well versed with excel with respect to look-ups, formulas, pivots, function etc
7.Candidate with hand-on at advance excel would have an added advantage
