Principal Responsibilities:
Managing bulk employee onboarding on system
Grievance management via a ticketing system
Resolving employee queries on helpdesk within TAT
Managing exit clearance process
Closing working with Rewards team on employee promotions
Ensuring employee documentation as per statutory compliances and Audit requirements
Following HR processes with diligence
