JOB DETAILS
Should have knowledge about Attendance software, payroll software for handling payroll, PF, ESIC, other statutory compliance. Handling recruitment- shortlisting of resumes, dealing with external providers, conduct interview, joining formalities etc.
Required Candidate profile
Good command in Computer.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be capable for grievance handling.
It will be an additional point if the candidate belongs to Industrial Engineering experience.
