JOB DETAILS              
Responsible for all end-to-end HR processes right from recruitment till exit. Recruitment and selection of suitable employees into the designated Business/Technical Unit for India and overseas. Ensuring all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated accordingly. Performing the document verification and reference check of new recruits and ensuring all employees receive an induction into organization. Maintaining contact list of employees and forwarding to OMA Emirates Head Office on a monthly basis. Email id creation for Employees for ODS/MobiSwipe Maintain and Update employee master data and employee files with the necessary HR records. Record daily/monthly attendance, leave of employees and disseminate the information to reporting manager and OMA Emirates HR on a regular basis. Responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll and ensuring the proper timely salary disbursement to employees. Taking Exit interviews, issuing experience letters preparing full and final settlement for resigned/terminated employees. Liaise with company CA for TDS /GST Payment. Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing HR policies, procedures and systems and ensuring statutory compliance. Responding to staff queries and grievances and taking the necessary action wherever necessary. Preparing HR letters such as warning letters, transfer and promotion letters as and when necessary. Coordinating on travel plans and making ticket arrangements for the management. Prepare updated periodic reports for management as and when necessary to track status updates. Perform any other tasks as directed by the management. Admin Operations Responsibilities Handling the reception by receiving and routing incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone. Maintains logs of all telephone calls including long-distance and records distributes accurate messages. Greet and direct all visitors in the absence of the receptionist including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Responsible for maintaining the facilities and office premises as per the company standards. Responsible for regular AMC of equipment's and informing the necessary authorities for the same. Liaise with the Enterprise Center Administration and MTNL/Vendors for monthly bill payments. Coordinate shipments, deliveries and couriers of devices, documents, cheques etc. from/to the merchants/potential merchants, vendors, distributors and OMA Group. Arrange daily / weekly / monthly meetings and preparing the minutes of meetings with Internal and external clients and vendors. Maintaining record of all bills such as telephone, power, water, etc. and ensuring regular payments by issuing cheque on a monthly basis. Keep a record of the power meter readings by regular monitoring on the last day of every month. Maintain record of other miscellaneous particulars as below:- 1. Bank A/C Statement, Bank Documents and Cheque Book 2. DST mPOS monthly sales report 3. Asset Ledger - Office Physical assets, Employee wise Asset record (Laptop, Mobile, Dongle, etc.) 4. Conduct, maintain and record daily consumables and quarterly stock taking of assets. 5. Record of keys, files / register, mPOS device issue record, stationary register and correspondence files 6. Record of lease deed / renewal. 7. Daily Employee Movement register, Guest register maintenance, Items in/out register 8. Biometric access card reader allotment / de-allotment 9. Vendor database vendor registration record. Supervise Office Boy delegation of work. Maintenance of conference room / reception / pantry Maintain cabin wise/room wise Inventory List Maintenance working of smoke fire detection system. Liaise with MobiSwipe Chennai Team / OMA HR / Finance / IT Team/Sales Marketing team of HO for support. Forward monthly invoices, purchase orders, copy of approvals / scanned copy of cheques to OMA HO Finance Team. Preparing weekly DAR reports and submitting to the management for review. Business Development Responsibilities Maintain ad update the Customer and merchant database on a timely basis Identify potential clients by sourcing, cold calling and assist the BD team by arranging meetings and appointments. Responding to customers on enquiry emails regarding new business, following up on existing orders and attending to queries and issues as needed. Liaise with customers for their feedback on product, service and support. Monitor productivity and revenue of the sales and BD staff through periodic sales reports and assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets etc.,
