Talent acquisition
Providing skilled staff to existing branches as well as planning and recruiting for upcoming branches within the stipulated region as per budget within TAT.
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for retail branches across the zone.
Working in close consultation with business heads and superiors to understand manpower & skill requirement.
Identifying and upgrading talent from within the organization for higher roles.
Responsibilities and Duties
Employee on-boarding & Policies (Induction)
Ensuring complete process from selection of a candidate to smooth onboarding into the system.
Nomination new joiners for suitable mandatory training programs and ensuring that they have completed the required certification for the role.
Conduct HR policies session in new joiner induction programs and addressing their queries.
Employee engagement, training & career progression (PMS)
Managing more than 400 employees across Maharashtra zone.
Conducting open forums, with or without an agenda at a mass level.
Conducting career discussions with high performing employees of the bank on an individual basis.
Managing ‘Rewards and Recognitions’ Scheme.
Conducting promotion panels to evaluate each promotion case and arrive at a list of promotable and deferred cases, in consensus with business managers.
Branch visit (Employee connect)
Visiting branches on a regular basis – to gauge the working culture in the branch, understand employee concerns of branch staff on individual basis and address the same, seek upward feedback for branch managers / other branch staff in supervisory roles and highlight critical issues to top HR management.
Meeting employees on one – to – one basis through
Conducting employee feedback sessions in the branch and publishing reports on the basis on the feedback.
Providing feedback received thereby and ensuring that the branch environment remains conducive to all.
HR Ops
Managing end-to-end HR activities for business banking employees for assigned territory
Ensuring that all employee database such as transfers, job name changes, grade change, leaves, etc is updated in the HR records on timely basis.
Employee retention, exit & analysis
Conducting exit interviews and assessing the reasons for attrition to assist the management in curbing attrition.
Employee retention through non monetary terms , such as transfers, role change, change of department, etc.
