This position is responsible for developing company's HR policy and direction, and overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes.
The Manager/Sr.Manager of HR will support business needs, promote corporate values and enable business success through role design, recruitment, performance management, remuneration and benefit management, and training/development and talent management. He /She must have good amount of experience in SAP implementation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Recruitment & Training:
Prepare Manpower requirement for a year before 31st March of every financial year with quarterly breakup
Campus recruitment
Lateral recruitment
Prepare Training Calendar for GET and regular employees
Performance Management System:
Prepare Assessment calendar for next year before 31st March of previous year
Publish it to all SCOPEANs before Annual Meeting date.
Generate specific training need for specific SCOPEANs during these assessments and built in the Training Calendar of SCOPE group.
Employee Related:
To resolve employee queries across locations as & when required to ensure employee satisfaction.
Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey and analysis feedback to management.
Developed a system of regular Employee Engagement Activities like Birthdays, Festival themes celebration and Fun activities such as trip etc.
Leave & Attendance:
Strictly implement HRMS module and all leave application has to be generated through this module.
Entry & Exit Formalities:
Get pre-confirmation assessments of new employees from their leaders before expiry of probation period.
Issue appointment letters, Execute Bonds, Submission of Original certifications etc.
Get acceptance of resignation of an employee from respective leaders and complete relieving formalities such as checking notice period and bond, last date of reliving, getting financial clearance from accounts, issue of acceptance of resignation and reliving letter.
On relieving day, conduct exit interview, get the exit form filled
Periodic Analysis of Exit interviews.
HR Audit:
Creating and updating different documents as per ISO for HR Audit.
Facing internal audit and External audit.
Taking actions on areas where improvement needed.
