Location: Vasai East (1 Min walk from railway station).
Experience: Total experience of 3+ Years.
• Candidates with experience in hiring for various Digital Marketing roles will be preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review and safety.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintaining department records and reports.
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Proactively maintaining the work culture and discipline
• Induction and new employee training.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
