Develop and implement effective HR Policies and Practices that will support the strategic growth of business.
Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to talent onboarding, retention, performance, development, succession planning, change management, compensation and benefits, and compliance and regulations.
Educate, Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Co-ordinate and manage the payroll process for the organization.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Assisting with the performance management and review process.
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human resource management.
